Dipped Chocolate Chip Cookies

Dipped Chocolate Chip Cookies

Make time:  35 minutes

Makes:  8 cookies

You will need:

  • 1 tub of Cookie Dough Collective dough
  • White chocolate buttons (130g)
  • Sprinkles or crushed candy canes
  • Baking tray lined with parchment paper

  1. Spoon out chilled cookie dough and roll into golf-ball sized balls.
  2. Evenly space balls on a tray lined with parchment paper, flattening each gently with a fork or clean hands. Bake at 180°C for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown.
  3. Remove cookies from the oven and set aside to cool.
  4. Pop white chocolate into a small microwave safe bowl and heat on medium in 30 second bursts (2-3 times, stirring in-between).
  5. Once cookies are cooled, dip halfway into the melted chocolate, spooning chocolate over the cookie if needed. Allow excess chocolate to drip off and place back onto the tray lined with parchment paper.
  6. Decorate with sprinkles, crushed candy cane or both (just make sure to do this before the chocolate firms).
  7. Chill in the fridge for 10 minutes until chocolate is hard, then serve Chocolate Dipped Cookies. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks.
