Placing an Order 

When you order from us, we’ll give it a quick check on our end. It’s super rare, but if for any reason we can’t accept your order, we’ll let you know and send a fast refund. 

Payments 

All payments are handled securely through Shopify Payments. We never see or store your card details — everything goes through their secure system so your info stays safe. 

Pricing 

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST (because surprises are great, but not on your bill). 

Shipping & Delivery 

We ship all orders with New Zealand Post, to NZ addresses only. As soon as your order is on its way, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can keep an eye on it. 

We pack everything with care to make sure your dough gets to you quickly and safely. Once it leaves us and is handed over to the courier, delays or damage are unfortunately out of our hands. If something does go wrong in transit, please reach out — we’re always happy to help where we can. We can assist with a claim or sort out a solution depending on the situation. 

Cancellations, Refunds & Returns 

Once your order is processed and shipped, it’s final. We’re not able to offer cancellations, refunds, or returns, so please double-check your details (especially your address!) before hitting “Place Order.” 

Enjoying Our Dough 

Our cookie dough is made for you to enjoy at home — whether it’s baked, eaten straight from the tub, or shared with someone special. It’s not for resale or business use. 
If you’re keen on wholesale or a collab, just flick us an email — we love hearing new ideas. 

Privacy 

When you use our website, you’re allowing us (and our trusted partners) to collect and use your info so we can process your order, contact you, and send you updates or treats in your inbox. 

If you ever want to see what info we have about you, update it, or ask us to remove it, just get in touch — easy as.
