Cookie Dough Questions

Nope. Just follow our instructions on the tub (everything you need is there).

Scoop and roll chilled dough into balls. Place on a tray lined with baking paper. Bake at 180°C for 8-10 minutes. Cool then indulge.

Makes 6-8 cookies dependent on size. Remember, baking time may vary depending on your oven.

Depending on cookie size, each 250g tubs makes 6-8 cookies. Large tubs (500g) make double.

We use quality ingredients sourced in New Zealand where possible. Our founder, Katie, reinvented her mum’s original recipe to make this dough.

Store your dough in the fridge for easy access and the perfect texture for up to 4 weeks.

If you want to extend the life of your dough, pop it in the freezer and it'll last up to 6 months.

Cookie dough stores at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.

Traditional cookie dough is a no-go. But our cookie dough recipe is eggless and contains pre-baked (or heat-treated) flour to kill off any harmful bacteria, making it completely safe.

Yes, our eggless recipe paired with heat-treated flour is completely safe to eat without baking. Get scooping.

Yes! We have a Gluten Friendly / Vegan Choc Chunk. .

While all ingredients in this dough are gluten free, including Bakels GF Health Flour, all our dough is made in the same place, which is not a 100% gluten-free facility. Hench the gluten friendly tag!

As we rotate flavours, we may have other vegan doughs, which will be clearly noted in our Dough Shop.

Most of our doughs do not contain peanuts or tree nuts (they will be clearly labelled). All our dough is made in the same place, which is not a 100% nut-free facility.

Our cookie dough is not certified kosher.

Subscription Questions

Nope. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

Log in to your account and click the Subscriptions tab. Next to each of the products you’re subscribed to is a Cancel button. Use this to cancel any or all of your products.

Log into your account and click Delivery Schedule. Click Skip to the right of the product you want to skip.

Easy! Log in, select Subscriptions, click Add Product or Swap.

Shipping Questions

We ship across New Zealand.

We're not shipping internationally (yet). We'd love you to stay tuned as we continue to grow - scroll to the bottom of the page to sign up for our Cookie Crew Newsletter.

Orders are sent out Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (excluding holidays).

So, if you ordered Thursday, we'll send out Monday, and it should arrive on Tuesday.

Our dispatch schedule is in place to decrease the risk your dough will spend the weekend in transit. If you need your dough urgently, please call, text or email us and we'll do our best to accommodate.

We ship overnight across New Zealand - however, allow an extra day. Rural addresses allow 2-3 days.

Some mail services don't accept our emails (including Give your junk folder a peek just in case. Tracking numbers will be sent once your order has shipped. Contact if you're missing yours.

If you need to make a change to your order, email us as soon as possible with the new address. We will do our best to make the change before it ships.

Hurry! There’s only a short window of time for us to edit or cancel your order. Email and we’ll do our best.

Hopefully not but depending on New Zealand's alert level, it could impact delivery times. If that happens, we'll do our best to communicate any delays with you.
