No-Churn Cookie Dough Ice Cream

Is it really summer without ice cream? Rather then going out to buy your frozen treats, try this quick, easy cookie dough ice cream. The best part - you don’t need an ice cream churner, just a freezer.

Ingredients:

• 300g cream (small bottle)
• 200g condensed milk
• 1 tub of @cookiedoughcollective cookie dough
• 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Method:

In a bowl, whip the cream up with an electric mixer and then add condensed milk. Roll the cookie dough into small balls and mix them in. Add chocolate chips and pour mixture into a loaf tin or plastic container. Freeze for 5+ hours and store in the freezer, ENJOY!!!🥰
