Recipe: Cookie Dough Truffles
Cookie dough truffles are simple, delicious and so yum!
You can use any flavour of cookie dough for your truffles, we've chosen to use Cookie & Cream dough.
Once you've got your cookie dough ready, the truffles are easy as!
- 1/2 cup edible cookie dough
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup icing sugar (we actually used standard white sugar, which was totally fine!)
Make tiny balls of cookie dough. Use a teaspoon, or melon baller and roll into neat balls with clean hands. You can make them whatever size you would like.
Place on a baking tray (lined with baking paper).
Chill in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.
Sift cocoa powder and sugar into a bowl.
Once chilled, roll dough balls one at a time into the cocoa mixture, covering completely with the power mixture.
Serve on a dessert platter, on top of ice cream or or use in another recipe.
These little morsels melt in your mouth and are so doughlicious! Whip 'em up for your next party or Friday night in!!
