Cookie Dough Truffles

Cookie dough truffles are simple, delicious and so yummy!
You can use any flavour of cookie dough for your truffles, we've chosen to use Cookie & Cream dough.
Once you've got your cookie dough ready, the truffles are easy as!
What you'll need:
- 1/2 cup Cookie Dough Collective edible cookie dough
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup icing sugar (we actually used standard white sugar, which was totally fine!)
Method:
Make tiny balls of cookie dough. Use a teaspoon or melon baller and roll into neat balls with clean hands. You can make them whatever size you would like.
Place on a baking tray (lined with baking paper).
Chill in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.
Sift cocoa powder and sugar into a bowl.
Once chilled, roll cookie dough balls one at a time into the cocoa mixture, making sure to completely cover them.
Serve on a dessert platter, on top of ice cream or or use in another recipe.
