CRIMBO COOKIE SLICE
Every year, we get together with friends for a Mid-Winter Christmas dinner party. We all get delegated a course and I am always on dessert (surprise surprise 😉).
This year I'm bringing cookie slice - takes no time but makes a delicious dessert that everyone will have everyone asking you for the recipe!
Make time: 20 minutes
Makes: 8 Servings
You will need:
- 1 tub of NAKED Cookie Dough (at room temperature)
- 100g White Chocolate Chips
- Handful of Dried Cranberries
- Handful of Pistachio Nuts (chopped)
- Baking tray lined with parchment paper
Method:
- Pre-heat oven to 180⁰C (fan-bake)
- Mix 240gs of cookie dough, cranberries and half the chocolate chips in a bowl
- Add the dough mixture to the lined baking tray, approximately 2cm thick
- Bake for 6-8 minutes until lightly golden and transfer onto a rack until cool
- Pop white chocolate into a small microwave safe bowl and heat on medium in 30 second bursts (2-3 times, stirring in-between).
- Drizzle white chocolate over the slice and sprinkle with the chopped pistachios
- Once the chocolate has set, cut into bars and enjoy!
Keep in the fridge in an airtight container for 2 weeks.
